How do we get started?

If your child has not been evaluated within the last 6 months, we will begin with scheduling an evaluation to determine if services are necessary. If your child HAS had an evaluation I think the past 6 months, we can begin with treatments sessions right away. 

Do you take insurance?

At this time we do not take insurance. We take private pay (out of pocket). We do accept HSA or FSA funds and ESA funding, or we can provide you with a superbill for you to share with your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. The private pay rates depend on the type of service and duration:

30 minute session: $55
60 minute session: $105

Evaluation: $225

How long are therapy sessions? And how often?

Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes long depending on your child’s needs. Frequency is determined by various factors.

What ages do you work with?

We work with kids anywhere from 2-18 years of age.

Can I be present during the therapy sessions?

We encourage parent involvement, so yes of course! 

Can you work with my child if they see another speech therapist as well?

Yes! Collaboration is key for your child’s success. We are happy to reach out to other providers to discuss your child’s treatment goals.
